When will I receive my order of Soov?

It typically takes around 2-5 business days for orders to be delivered to our customers. It takes about 1-2 business days to receive and pack the order and then 1-3 business days for it to be shipped. If you have any issues or delays please reach out to hello@drinksoov.com and we can check on the delivery status.

Does Soov ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we currently only ship Soov within the United States. If you are from a country outside our shipping zone and are interested in Soov, we would be happy if you let us know at hello@drinksoov.com.
